I think in high school I was a pretty naïve kid. I was pretty straight edge, played computer games, and mostly just spent my days in my bubble. Then I graduated, started hanging out, experiencing more, and learned about all these different interests my friends since kindergarten had. One of those things I learned about was body suspension, thanks to my friend Jason. I had been taking photos of his fire spinning performances, so he had asked if I'd come take some photos of this new thing he was going to try. So we met some guys in the creek near downtown Austin, and they proceeded to hook him up (literally), and I got some photos of the whole process which ended up with him swinging above the creek bed.
