Hey, everyone! I wanted to share an unforgettable experience I had photographing my friend Jason. We’ve known each other since elementary school, and recently he invited me to capture something wild—his first body suspension! Having photographed Jason’s fire spinning before, I knew this would be something special. So, we headed to Waller Creek in downtown Austin on March 27th, 2010.
Watching Jason get hooked up (literally) and then suspended above the creek bed was both intense and mesmerizing. I snapped photos of the entire process, from the initial preparations to the moment he was swinging high above the ground.
