I have been loving this resurgence of pop-funk-R&B-soul music that has been coming out from bands like Vulfpeck and Lawrence. I am absolutely all for it! I've been listening to Lawrence for a few years, and I got to catch their set at the HEB Center with my camera in hand. They are just as amazing in person as they are on their albums. Hell, I even got to pick up a vinyl and get it signed after the show! Such a talented group!
