I met up with Lucas and his mom on Congress Avenue for his senior photos, and the early morning light could not have been better. We followed my favorite little route through downtown, stopping anywhere the light or the backdrop felt right. Lucas was easygoing the whole time, which made it simple to get a mix of confident portraits and more relaxed shots that really show who he is. I am really happy with how everything turned out and it was great celebrating this milestone with him.


Sessions like this are some of my favorites because they let us explore a bit while still keeping things fun and simple. Congress Avenue always gives a great variety of looks, from clean architectural lines to softer pockets of morning light. Lucas brought a great attitude and it made the whole shoot feel natural and unforced.
