One of my all-time favorite families, hands down, has to be Melissa and Ed. I met them through Raul, a co-worker turned best friend, who always had hilarious stories about Ed. When Ed got engaged to Melissa, they needed a wedding photographer, and that kicked off nearly a decade (so far) of capturing their beautiful, growing family. From bridal shoots and engagements to weddings, trash-the-dress, a dozen family sessions, and birthday parties, it’s been an incredible journey watching them evolve and applying new photography techniques along the way.
The shoots have taken us all over Austin, from Lou Neff Point and Zilker Park to the Texas Capitol, Mueller Lake Park, and beyond. It’s been such a wild ride! I had to compile all these moments into one post, or this blog would essentially become a Melissa & Ed blog—not that there’s anything wrong with that!
