Getting to photograph the Planned Parenthood fundraiser at the Long Center is something I look forward to every year. I get to work alongside my friend and fellow photographer Bryant Hill, and the night always brings together an amazing mix of live music, moving speeches, and a crowd that genuinely cares about the mission. This year’s auction brought a lot of excitement with people bidding on some really great items and experiences, and it was fun capturing those reactions as they unfolded.


Events like this remind me why I love doing this kind of work. There is a real sense of community in the room, and being able to document the energy, generosity, and emotion of the night feels meaningful. Planned Parenthood’s mission is something I deeply respect, so being invited back to help tell the story of the evening is always a treat.
